Wheel of Names — Random Picker
A spinning wheel that randomly selects a participant, with a slow-down tick, a winner reveal, auto-remove, sound, and save/load — built on an HTML canvas.

How to use it
Nothing to edit in the file. Open it in a browser, type or paste your learner names (one per line), click Update Wheel, then Spin. It can auto-remove a name once it’s picked, and Save stores your list in that browser.
