Problem
Recertification and level checks need stakes; a flat quiz doesn't show who can hold up under pressure.

Facilitators running recertification, level checks, or high-stakes review one learner (or one team) at a time.
In training
A learner climbs a ladder of harder questions; clearing a safe rung banks the score, lifelines ease tough spots, and the timer adds pressure — great for recert or a capstone round.

How to edit

  1. Right-click the file → “Open with” → a text editor.
  2. Scroll to the banner ★ EDIT YOUR LADDER HERE ★ near the top of the script.
  3. List your questions easiest first — each has four answers, a correct index (0–3), a point value, an optional safe milestone, and a coach hint.
  4. Save, then open in a browser. Toggle the timer, sound, or answer shuffle on the start screen.
