How it plays

Why it works: people find the lines that got longer. A rewritten paragraph is visible; may becoming must is not, and it is the one that changes what the document actually requires. This is the failure mode behind every “we reviewed it and signed it off”. Finding four cosmetic edits and missing the inversion is worse than finding only the inversion, and the score says so.
