how far out were you

How it plays

1Six things and one dimension — how often, how long, how much.
2Put them in order. Click a thing, then click where it goes.
3Commit, and the real figures land next to your order.
4Scored by how many places out you were — not by whether you were right.

Why it works: marking this right-or-wrong throws away the only interesting signal in the room. A team that gets the order nearly right and a team with a genuinely wrong model both score zero on a tick-box, and they need completely different conversations. Displacement separates them. And the number that matters is not the total — it is the one thing the room put far too high, which is almost always whatever is loud, recent, or personally annoying.
