Edits save automatically as a draft in this browser only. Download Game File saves a separate .html named after your game title, with everything built in. This file stays as it is, so a template stays a template.
Drop in a filled-out template (.txt or .json), another game file (.html), or paste the text below.
How this file works (read this if you're taking it over)

This is one self-contained file. Every question, answer, category, and setting lives inside it — no server, no login, no other files.

Running a game: pick the number of teams, name them, hit Start Game. Click a dollar value to open a clue, Reveal Answer (or Spacebar), then use + / ½ / − on the team cards. Daily Doubles score double. When the board is cleared, Final Jeopardy appears: wagers → question → mark each team right or wrong → podium.

Editing: click Edit Game and change anything. Edits save as a draft in this browser only, so to make them permanent:

  1. Click Download Game File. You get a separate .html, named after your game title, with your edits built in. This file is never changed.
  2. Keep that new file somewhere safe. It's the game. Open it like any other file.

Making a new game: open the blank template file, click Edit Game, and either type everything in or click Download AI Template. Give that template plus your training material to an AI (or a person) and ask them to fill it out. Then click Import, drop the filled-out file in, check it over, and Download Game File.

Restore this file's original content throws away the draft and goes back to whatever is built into the file.
